专利摘要:
This invention relates to a crankshaft positions transducer system for providing triggering pulses for an electronic ignition system. In a known system used with an internal combustion engine a single reference projection is mounted on the flywheel and a pair of transducers are mounted at circumferentially spaced locations on the flywheel housing. This is inconvenient as space inside the flywheel housing is limited. In the present invention a pair of reference elements (34) are mounted at circumferentially and radially spaced locations on the flywheel (16) and a transducer head having two individual transducers (22, 24) is provided, each individual transducer (22, 24) co-operating with a respective one of the reference elements (34) to produce a triggering pulse.

(54) KEY SHAFT POSITION SENSOR SYSTEM
I
The invention relates to engine building, in particular, to shaft position sensors, namely to position sensor systems, a crankshaft of an internal combustion engine, 6
Crankshaft position sensors of an internal combustion engine are known, comprising a contact interrupter interacting with a cam associated with a 10 liter engine 1 crankshaft.
Reliable reliability is characteristic of these sensors due to the presence of a contact chopper.
The closest to the technical solution of the invention are crankshaft position sensor systems comprising an internal combustion engine with a crankshaft and a rotating element mounted on the crankshaft 20 for rotation at a speed proportional to the rotational speed of the crankshaft, at least one pair supporting elements mounted on a rotating element in radially and peripherally spaced positions of the sensor head 2.
The disadvantages of these crankshaft position sensor systems are design complexity.
The purpose of the invention is to simplify the design.
The goal is achieved by the fact that the sensor head consists of a pair of radially spaced individual sensors that are designed to interact with one of the supporting elements of each pair to create a trigger pulse at a given angle of rotation of the rotating element. The system contains only one pair of support elements.
In addition, the rotating element is made in the form of a flywheel mounted on the crankshaft.

Claims (2)
[1]
Each individual sensor is made in the form of a sensor with variable magnetic resistance. 38 FIG. 1 shows a crankshaft position sensor system; FIG. 2 shows a sensor head of the system. The crankshaft position sensor system includes a spark-ignition internal combustion engine 1 with a crankshaft 1M shaft 2 and a rotating element 3, for example, in the form of a flywheel, a pair of support elements 4, the sensor head 5, consisting of a pair of radially spaced individual sensors 6 and 7 with windings 8 and 9 placed on poles 10 and 11, magnets 12 and 13 and middle pole 14, the crankshaft position sensor system works as follows. When rotating the support elements 4 attached to mohovik engine. The magnetic currents of the BTmagnet 12 alternately commute through the poles 10 k 14, and from the magnet 13 through the poles of PI 14, These flows, crossing windings 8 and 9, induce EMF shifted in them relative to each other at a certain predetermined angle due to the fact that the reference elements 4 are spaced peripherally, in this example, 60, which corresponds to the maximum and minimum ignition angles. Formula from 0;) Spark 1. The system of the crankshaft position of the knees of the shaft, containing the engine of internal combustion with a crankshaft and a rotating element mounted on the crankshaft for rotation at a speed proportional to the speed of rotation of the crankshaft, at least one pair of supporting elements reinforced on the rotating element in the radially and peripherally spaced positions, and the sensor head, it is a matter of fact that, in order to simplify the design, the sensor head consists of a pair of radially spaced individuals cial sensors configured to cooperate with one of the support elements of each pair for generating the trigger pulse at a predetermined angle of rotation of the rotating member. 2, System pop, 1, characterized by the fact that it contains only one pair of support elements, 3, The system in PP, 1 and 2, which is designed in such a way that the rotating element is designed as a flywheel mounted on the crankshaft , 4, The system of PP. 1-3, about aphids, so that each individual sensor is made in the form of a sensor with a variable magnetic resistance.
